=RAD= Needs Help!!!!

Hey guys, AnnieO here, ake DevilDog...Got a problem. I have the server setup of COD2 now, but the problem is, I cant get the ingame console to work. I have been running the RON4COD2 program in the background to do my kicking, map changes and what have you.
I have the password set in the config file, and have the console come up, but each time anyone with rcon tries to type in a rcon command, nothing happens.
For instance, /rcon status, gets me nothing but the command line and a blinking cursor...
For the life of me, I can't find the problem and would really appreciate some help on this. I am going to attach my dedicated cfg. so you can take a looksy and see if I'm missing something there. Of course without the password, trust me, I have it in there, but just not posted here. LOL
