Ah, but you missed the rest of what she said which was something to the effect of "Legally Blonde 2...now THERE'S a good movie."  Roll Eyes

That splains everything, man.

From the looks of the commericals it looks highly inaccurate.

Did anyone see King Arthur. I heard that is terribly inaccurate so therefore I never saw it. Queens do not fight in battles might I add.

But I can't wait for Star Wars tro come out

The way I see it, you go to the movie to see a movie, not a history lesson/book/what happened in real life to the period.  Happens all the time and people always get honked off, some things got to be done to make some things work for movies, whether it be knockin parts out, puttin them in, etc etc etc...  Based on the book, based on the real life events, not word for word from the book/events... Wink

Arthur was a decent movie I thought, and there are tons of books out there too, which are good too usually.

Star Wars isn't so much historically accurate, as it is a prediction of the future... Wink Grin

I love the new comercial where Darth Vadar comes through a door and runs face to face with "The King".

Ghoti, I couldn't have said it better myself.  Movies are for watching and enjoying, not learning or analyzing.

Everything except for the part about Star Wars predicting the future i agree with... because, as we all know, it happened a "long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..."  So it could be very historically accurate but we don't know about it because it wasn't documented.  I like to believe that almost any movie is true though because it makes it more enjoyable to watch.

actually, if i'm not mistaken, the events in star wars ARE historical, as they happened "a long time ago". in a galaxy far, far away, i seem to recall.
