How bad was the flood in Durant?  The people that owned the house before me thought it would be a wise idea to put corrugated steel behind the chain-link fence poles and fill the bottom with concrete to keep the dogs from digging.  What they didn't realize is when there is a flash flood it allows the neighbors yard to reach 1 foot of water.  Then the steel bows and releases a torrent of water.  I live in an older 2 story house (renovating) that has a stem wall foundation that now has a foot of water under the flooring.  This wouldn't have been a big deal, but I left around $750 of cordless electric tools under the house for HVAC piping replacement.  Fun Fun.
Sunny skies all morning in Ardmore, then about 3/10ths around 1700.  Supposedly more to come later, but nothing like what you all got just a bit to the north.

I hear there's more to come later  Sad

At times living in Colorado is so nice.  Highs along the front range this weekend are supposed to be in the low 90s.  But with the mountains only a 30 minute drive the highs in the 70s look so much nicer Grin
