Depends on what kind of thing it is Bin - if its text you could just copy and paste, if its more involved in that you could copy and paste the URL from your browser into the message.  What sort of thing is this?

Okay, so its a website?

Lets try copying and pasting the URL of the website from your browser into a forum post.  For example, if I were to post the location (url) of our website here I'd find it at the top of the browser window:

http://www.jhfgames.com/misc/url.jpg

I'd highlight the text by dragging the mouse over it, then go under the edit menu while it is still selected and choose "copy".  I'd then go to my forum post and go to the edit menu again and then choose paste instead.  In this example - the location of the website would show up like this:

http://www.jhfgames.com/

 Cheesy

Hope I've got your question right and my answer actually helps a bit.   Smiley

jt. sorry i havnt gotten back to ya.
its not an actual web site. it was emailed to me i thought it would have a web site on it but it dosent.

i was watching my daughter on the puter the other day. just checking what she was up to. she started doing what you said to do about pasting. i asked what are you doing. she said i was pasting.
so what i did was. i sent the emailfrom work to my apartment. lauren is coming to my pad this weekend she will attempt to do it then. a 12 year old girl is going to teach me how to do it. good luck lol
