1. What are your specs?  CPU, ram, vid card etc etc.
2.  Lol - I like how they call it a B.S. in the states  BSc. in Canadia  (My BS is in Biological Sciences - whats yours?)
3.  Have you done a complete uninstall, then reinstall of cod then uo?  Try cod first, make sure its solid and working... then install uo on it and give it another shot.  There are also things like vid card drivers to look at then and stuff, but a place to start.

It's the whole computer not just COD/COD UO... if too much "thinking" goes on the screen gets fuzzy and thats when I know it is gonna freeze up and crash.  So i guess thats my BSD(blue screen of death) and other than that my BS is in Entomology.

Is this something new or has it been doing this for a while?  You used to be able to run UO before right?

This happens in situations other than coduo right?  What other things that you are doing cause this to happen?  I suppose either the video card or CPU or something could be getting too hot...  do you have any temperature sensors to monitor?

How much RAM do you have?

You could try quitting EVERYTHING you can before launching something that you know stresses out your machine, such as UO.  Perhaps that will help.  I would also attempt to monitor temperatures as well as clean out some dust, make sure vents/fans have lots of clearance between other furniture etc.  It can't hurt...

i acutally have the side pannel off the computer and have dusted it with one of those canned air things alot. fans are working... and doesn't seem to be getting all that hot... i've also tried shutting down everything but nesscary programs... i am almost fed up enough to go have it wiped clean and start all over.  or atleast see if the techs at the place i bought it can do something with it

The power supply is an internal component - its what the main power cord for the wall socket plugs into on the computer itself.  Sometimes they get flaky or something, this is what Hee is talking about.  It could be the problem.  I suppose bad ram or a variety of other issues could cause it as well.

You can get power supplies at Best Buy and other places like that.  Minimum you would want is 400 watts, but those are pretty hard to find in box stores.  I would suggest something around 500-600 watts.  That way it has some room to grow, but at the same time is at least adequate for you needs.  Plus, those are pretty easy to find.  The biggest issue is getting everything plugged in that needs to be.  Antec and OCZ make decent power supplies for the money.  Here is the link to the one I got at Newegg.  Its a decent supply with force flex cables.
