OK, I'm now more confused than normal. During the day and over the weekend my ping was decent on the server. Usually around 50. Tonight, and on most evenings if I get on its around 200, with spikes into the 300's. Its like night and day (pun intended). I can play during the day, but come nighttime its a struggle to compete. Any ideas or suggestions?

I've had the odd lag spike, but that was a few days ago when others mentioned it too. I've played both this evening and during the day today.... and had no issues. Now that Im done rubbing that in...... Tongue

Is your roommate downloading half the internet while you are trying to game?
If you traceroute the server where is the ping spike?

I was going to say "stop the illegal downloads" during that time. But seriously, we implemented that "feature" just after you started kicking our butts in COD4. It was a conceptional idea, but I guess it worked!

Actually, I don't have a clue, except possibly the Downloads.
