Actually, the fish is right - lynx has shown up many times on there as a browser in the list.  Heck, I've even hit it with lynx, though off a unix system not linux.

Left and right sound nothing at all like each other.

Edit: I know technically they are homonyms in and of themselves, write/right and left turn vice
