The laptop I played CoD4 on until last week had an overall score of 692 . . .
New computer scored a 13861 total and 4206 CPU

Ironically, with my tax return, the only money I was planning to spend was on an upgraded processor. Sorry Hoffa, but it will be an AMD chip since my current config is based on AMD.

The simple fact is when I built this rig, the AMD chip was a better value for my budget, and it beat the Intel chip in all of the performance specs.
