Don't watch House that often.  Few shows on network TV have interested me much in the last several years.  As for George from Blackadder, he skews my view of House.  I just crack up when I see him acting like a self-obsessed egomaniac.  Instead I see him like this.

I know what you mean.  Once I realized what character he played prior to House I just couldn't take his character to seriously.  I always expect Baldric to burst into his office with some wacked out idea.
