it took me a while to have it work but it was just waiting for a game update. and i had to go into the options, and change it to dx10 renderer for in-game

It does not work for Physin (I think), but it works for the rest of us.

It doesn't for me either, it did for awhile but not now. I going to check Smokes solution and check the renderer.

I have tested SS's and they seem to work for me as well as does in game chat part.

It hasn't worked for me until I tried this.
You can check it by opening the file "settings.ini" in
Example:
C:\Users\(your name)\Documents\BFBC2\settings.ini
There's a line there that says
DxVersion=auto
Auto = It uses the latest DirectX version supported by your video card.
9 = It forces the game to use DirectX 9
10 = It forces the game to use DirectX 10
11 = It forces the game to use DirectX 11
Note: As of today Nvidia does not support DirectX 11. That will come in the GT300 series. If you have an ATi HD 5000 series video card then you will use DirectX 11 by default and can force the game to use DirectX 11 or whichever you want.

remember, Directx 10 and 11 are not available in XP
IF you are running vista or windows 7:
select tools/options
choose the games tab
select Battlefield BC2
select the version of Direct x you think is being used ingame (9 for xp, 10 for vista and 7)

Perhaps we should move this thread to the tech section.
