I'm thinking of getting it, I don't play the SP so that doesn't bother me it being 4 or 5 hrs.  But the reviews I've read say so far for the Mp says it plays more like Hardcore,
which I'm not a fan of. Also on the forums ppl are having problems with FPS even with high end rigs.  I'll have to wait a couple days though since you only get half the
game on the retail disk then you have to download the next 5 gigs from steam, which may take awhile since everyone has to do this.

Heard first hand from some xbox guys that got the game that it wasnt so great.  one or two have already traded it in for other games or sold them to kids for a few bucks.  meh.

i was also reading the forums and the players say there are some real issues with realism, ballistics, windage, etc.  They say guns hit the target from all across the map, that maps abound with snipers, you can hardly move.  Dev's say they made the decision to not implement these things but might in the near future.

if a few JHF'ers get, and play, homefront then ill pick it up. it seems like an alright game. i still prefer BC2 though, when i have the time to play.

Be honest though - you only get 10fps on minesweeper.

Don't think your missing much fishy, I think the game is already dead.  Looks like THQ shut down Kaos studios,
so there may not be anymore support for the game.
