I don't have a clue...The only 3d we have here is those red and blue cardboard and plastic glasses that we can look through at a couple comic books.  That is the extent of my 3d knowledge.

You probably can.  It comes down to the connectivity between the units.  If your graphics card has a HDMI port you should be able to hook it up with an HDMI cable.  As for making use of the 3D capabilities, that depends upon the software.  Your vid card is definitely good enough for 3D.  It may also depend upon which version of windows you are running.  XP I'm guessing can't do 3D.  Vista and 7 should be able to.

You can get by with 6, but general rule of thumb is the more RAM you have the better.
