We have purchased our new server and it appears to be up and running.

The server name is:   =JHF= Just Having Fun

I believe we find this by name in the server browser much like with BC2.  Some of the server information can be found on gametracker:

Apparently that is a bug... but I thought the patch was released on day 1.  Will look into it...
