MOHAA Console does not have a localization entry

Hi All

Does anyone know what this means. I am an old fart and can't get very far into a game...so i am trying a cheat(I know cheats are not to be used on the server....I haven't had the courage to try the server yet...I am too slow at Medal of Honor)...so try and get past the point where I always get killed....but am getting an error when I put in the start up sequence they are recommending...any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I do not think we can help you as it is not in the spirt of what we stand for at JHF. However you might state what part you are haveing a problem beating and I am sure the great =JHF= No Neck or , another member could help.

Thanks for this....I realize cheating (during my own private play) is not the sort of thing JHF stands for...but when you play a game so poorly that you are constantly getting killed...over and over and over and over....you get frustrated enough to want a GOD mode so you can have some fun with a game for a change.

Thanks for your offer of help....I am not sure what I would even ask.

During MOHAA....I get to the winter senario where you are using the sniper rifle....I get inside the gate and after about 1 min I am either killed by a souldier or the dogs. I can't seem to get any farther. I usually get so frustrated I eventually quit. Then I will come back to the game in a few weeks and try it again...with the same results. I am not a big gamer.....needless to say.....so much if this is new to me.

I guess all I can do is continue trying to get past this point where i am stuck.

I think I may be having trouble knowing what weapons to use when.....

I am also reluctant to try the game server until I can at least get through the game a ways..on my own........I will probably get killed as soon as my feet hit the ground...ha.

I try to get past the original guards that kill Grillo with a Garand or Thompson then run into the building on the left where Grillo was b4 he got killed. I snipe a few more there and then run ?north? behind that building to the big gun turret and snipe a few more. You can hear the dogs running up so I'm always ready with anything other than the sniper. I then make my way slowly aroud that outer edge of the map sniping as I go.

I should mention that I play single player on "easy". On that level, enemies don't respawn or keep coming - once you kill 'em that's another one not to worry about.

Say....hate to be a pain...but just figured out how to put the IP address in the Multiplayer area...but am getting a Server connection time out.....any ideas???

Hold on Joe... on that level you only have a sniper rifle and a silenced pistol.  From the top..  Snipe the guy in the tower, and finish his 2 buddies on the ground.  Reload and go get on top of the rock.  Grillo will come and open the gate, and die.  Kill the mauser guy (near gate) that killed Grillo.  Now kill his partner (left side of building to the leftt of gate, laying on belly).  Reload and go through the gate.  Now the next shot is important.  A guy with a MP-40 will come arond the building where the guy was on the ground.  Kill him and get his mp-40.  Reload the MP 40 and retreat tward the gate.  Kill his buddy, that will try to flank you and take his mp-40.  Reload.  Switch to sniper, and edge out past the building and snipe the rifle guy to your right.  Switch to MP-40 cause the dog will be arriving shortly.  Kill Dog.  Switchback to sniper rifle.  Move toward far right side of map (right of gate as you enter). Snipe guys that you can see, and get ready for another Dog attack (MP-40 works well).  Once all are dead, you can go up stairs for health and ammo (if you need), if not move along the far right side of the map (again from gate).  You can go behind a building.  Be ready to fight as soon as you come out the other side.  There is a sniper in the window (very tough to hit) and a rilfer on the ground below him.  If you can't hit them you can retreat to the radar dish.  Dogs will not go there.  Move toward the sniper's building along the wall of the building (to the left of radar).  You have a rifler, to kill that is across the map near where you entered the gate.  Snipe him.  Continue moving down wall.  There are 2 mp-40s and a mauder guy that will attack you from the far side of the map.  Snipe them.  Continue moving down the wall.  You will see a rifle and another mp-40 guy in the far corner.  Snipe them.  At this point you are safe, for the moment.  If you did not get the heath in the room by the gate, now is a good time.  Go towards the sniper building, but be prepared.  As you near it, the door will open, and 3 MP-40 guys will rush out.  If you have a nade this is not a bad place to use one.  Kill MP-40's and pick up ammo.  Switch back to sniper rifle.  Look to right of sniper building, and shoot dog though the fence.  Now back up and watch the window where the sniper was.  A guy with MP-40 will come to the window.  Snipe him.  Look closely and you will see that he came though a door behind the window, that is now open.  Throw a nade though the window, so that it goes though the door.  This will kill the buy at the op of the stairs.  Switch to MP-40 and enter the building.  Go up the stairs.  If your nade did not kill the guys at the top shoot them.  Stick with MP-40 inside and sniper outside.  Good Luck.
